About Vinca Systems

We are a small software development team. You work directly with the engineers writing your project — there is no account manager layer in between.

Why we started

Most software projects stall not from a lack of technical skill but from misunderstood requirements and invisible progress. We started Vinca Systems to set up a way of working that reduces both: written scope, working builds every two weeks, and engineers who talk to the client directly.

How we decide

Clarity first: We do not turn a vague requirement into code. Anything nobody fully understood costs more a few weeks later.
Work you can take over: We write projects to be maintainable in a future that does not include us. Creating dependency is not our business model.
Measurable outcome: We define how success will be measured before we start. An improvement nobody measured is not an improvement.
Direct contact: You talk to the engineer writing the code.

Working principles

We do not start development before the scope is written down.
Every two weeks we show a working build on staging.
Delays and risks are shared the day they appear.
At handover the repository, documentation and deployment process are transferred in full.
