Where the scope is clear we work fixed price; where it takes shape during the project we work on a monthly team model. We decide which fits at the end of the discovery call, and every quote comes with a written scope.
How long does a project take?+
The timeline is set together with the scope. Rather than quoting a range up front, we produce a week-by-week schedule at the end of discovery. Even when that schedule shifts you can see where the project stands: every two weeks we show a working build on staging.
Who owns the code and the data?+
Entirely yours. The repository, domain, servers and store accounts are opened in your organisation's name. When the contract ends no dependency on us remains — you can hand the system to another team if you choose.
Who actually works on the project?+
Every project has a dedicated team: a technical lead plus one to three developers depending on size. The team does not change mid-project and talks to you directly — we do not put an account-manager layer in between.
Do you provide support after launch?+
Yes. Monthly support agreements cover monitoring, security updates and a defined pool of development hours, with response times set out in writing in the contract.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Of course. We are happy to sign an NDA before the first conversation; project details are never shared with third parties.
